Regardless of whether you prefer the road bike or are an indoor cycle enthusiast, comfort is extremely important. The adjustable seat and handlebars move up and down as well as fore and aft, allowing a user to find just the right settings for a great workout. A heavy duty 48 lb. chrome plated flywheel and Kevlar braking design will make certain of a quiet and smooth ride. The integrated console displays RPM, time, KCal, distance and speed and is also compatible with a wireless heart rate chest strap, ensuring users that they staying within their heart rate training zones and work to get their optimal results.

Delivery & Return Policy:

• Items are considered to be delivered/installed once a written acknowledgment is issued or signed by you.
• You are entitled to return any Item which has any external defects once Souq.com has been notified and before the delivery crew leaves the premises. After successful delivery, Souq.com will not be liable for any claims including but not limited to damages and scratches except for any of the reasons stated below.
• You are entitled to return any sold Item which was installed successfully and used in case there is a genuine history of manufacturing defect(s) which is not repairable by Souq.com or the Vendor service team within the warranty duration.
• If the Item is found to be DOA (Dead on arrival) or if there is a manufacturing defect detected and notified to Souq.com within 7 days from the delivery date, Souq.com shall replace the item within 14 working days from the date that Souq.com is informed of the manufacturing defect or the DOA date.
• Souq.com shall return the sold Item without any additional charges, in the event that you changed your mind upon receipt of the Item, or if the Item is found unsuitable at the place of delivery.
• At least 1 year warranty shall be provided for the sold Item.
• In case that the delivery point provided from you is not reachable or not serviced by the Vendor service team, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded. You will be notified by Souq.com via phone call.

Installation Requirements:

• Dedicated power sockets (preferably 3 pin square type, 13A) to be available besides the desired location of Item installation.
• Flat surface for proper drainage is recommended for installation, else appropriate support/platform should be provided by the customer.
• Souq.com and/or the Vendor shall not be responsible for any unintended consequential damages caused during/by the installation.

Warranty Policy:

• In the event that the item is still under warranty, you shall provide Souq.com with a proof of purchase such as an invoice. Whereas, a copy of the invoice shall be provided to a technician during the collection of the Item. Otherwise, Souq.com will not collect the item.
• The warranty will be considered void if any item that contains marks of misuse such as broken cover or any other apparent attempt to repair by non-authorized party.
• If the technical report at the work shop shows that the Item’s defect was due to misuse including but not limited to liquid spillage on the motor or incorrect electrical current, then the warranty will be void and you will be charged if you choose to repair Item.
• In the event that the item is repairable, Souq.com shall repair and return the item back to you within 14 working days from the item’s collection date.
